You should receive a tracking number when the carrier picks up your package and scan it. Sometimes it will take up to 12h before you received the tracking number. If you don't, feel free to reach out to us and request it.
If you're not home during normal delivery hours, we strongly recommend that you explore the Flexi Delivery option available for free at Canada Post. This lets us ship your package directly to the nearest post office and you received a notification that your package is ready to pick up. This way you get your package on the day it's supposed to arrive instead of having to wait 24h to get it at the post office after receiving a notification at home.
