Renewing Your Medical Document & Clinic Contact Information

Most clinics recommend starting your renewal a few weeks before your medical document expires, especially if your clinic requires an appointment or intake form. We'll provide you with renewal reminder emails 60, 30, and 7 days before your medical document expires.

When you renew, ask your clinic to send your updated medical document to Mendo through our secure fax line.

Once your clinic faxes us your updated document, we'll update your file on our end so you can continue ordering your medicine.

You should contact the same clinic that provided your original medical document for the most streamlined experience. If you originally registered directly through Mendo Medical, your clinic is most likely Sentry Health.
